The weekend that the Yarra Valley opens its doors for everyone to come and enjoy their magnificent wine, spectacular scenery, great food and fabulous music. Sunday is the traditional day for grazing and offers you the opportunity to visit two or three wineries that present a choice of two entrée-sized meals prepared by top chefs and match them with superb wines.
Each winery experience is accompanied by musical entertainment including jazz, funk, Irish, Latin or world music. The itineraries for the day, including wineries, restaurants, activities, menus, wines and performers, are listed below.
We cater for corporate and social groups, as well as individuals and couples.

What is included in the tour?

- Choose the itinerary that best suits your requirements.
- Complete payment as soon as possible to secure your place in the itinerary of choice as no further bookings are available at some of the wineries.
- Some alterations for itineraries may be possible for groups of 20 people or more – please indicate if there are any other wineries you are interested in attending.
Reminders for the tour's participants and organisers
- Itineraries have been pre-booked; large groups (20 people or more) are able to request specific itineraries – be sure to book and pay as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
- Itineraries for small groups and individuals joining groups will be subject to availability – please indicate any wineries that you wish to visit and we will do our best to accommodate.
- If you are going to organise a group, get all participants to pay you as soon as possible.
- For non-drinkers, wine vouchers may be exchanged for coffee, tea or soft drinks.
- BYO food and drink (with the exception of water) is unable to be consumed at the wineries.
- Food is not permitted to be consumed on buses on the return journey.
- Please try to drink in moderation (and keep the water up!).
- Remember that it is the responsibility of patrons to be back on the coach for meeting time and departure from the wineries.
- We take no responsibility for any injury/illness which may occur as a result of your involvement in the Grape Grazing Festival.
Cost and payment - will be finalised in October 2008 for 2009 Festival
$90 per person (for groups of 35 people or more)
$95 per person (for groups of up to 34 people)
- Free ticket for the tour organiser for any groups with more than 20people.
- To guarantee any specific itineraries please pay the deposit as soon as possible: $95 per person for groups of up to five people or $400 for groups of six people or more.
- If you would like to choose your own itinerary and have your own coach, book in advanced to avoid disappointment (for groups of 45 people or more; alternatively, pay extra per person).
- All payments must be received by Friday 30th January 2009.
- Deposits are non refundable after Friday 16 January 2009. Your itinerary will be finalised by email, fax or telephone before or on Thursday 5 February 2009.

Food: Award winning chef Scott Pickett, from top Melbourne restaurant
The Point in Albert Park, will provide a great selection of local delights
including seared yellowfin tuna nicoise salad or grilled King Island porterhouse;
tapenade sauce and grain mustard potato salad.
Wine: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet Merlot
Music: Wilbur Wilde, Jerome Smith (Divinyls, Billy Thorpe, Keith

Balgownie Estate
Food: Slow-roasted tender beef scotch fillet, grilled teriyaki chicken

Train Trak
Food: Zonzo Ristorante, featured in The Age Good Food Guide 2008,
starts your day with a pancetta & free-range egg focaccia and Romcaffé espresso.
All day choose from a selection of marinated oven-roasted chicken, lamb
or tofu skewers with chargrilled capsicum and Spanish onion, roast vegetables
and rocket salad with honey mayonnaise and Mediterranean bread. Italian
Gelato and other delicacies available all weekend.
Wine: Enjoy the Train Trak range including pinot rosé, chardonnay,
pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and more. $5 - $7 glass. $20 - $30
per bottle.
Music: Funk & Soul bands playing live all weekend, including The
Andy Grant Duo, back by popular demand.
Yering Farm
Food: The enticing aromas of delicious food will captivate you all
weekend.
Wine: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Rose, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz
Music: Funky cover band all weekend with afternoon dance DJ to really
get into the groove.
