WINERY TOURS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The organiser agrees to convey the agreed Go Wine & Dine Tours conditions prior to the event, to all guests attending. Please be aware you must be 18-years-old and over to complete the booking form.

Booking and payments

  1. A deposit of $200 is required to confirm your booking date. Deposits are refundable/ transferrable on 30 days notice. 
  2. Deposits and final payment can be made by cheque, credit card, postal note or direct bank deposit. Final payment must be received minimum 14 (fourteen) days prior to the tour.
  3. Our refund policy is seperate from and doesn't effect the warranties / protection available under the Trade Practices Act.

On the tour

  1. Any damage to the bus or venues will require those patrons involved and the organiser to cover any costs incurred due to accidental, wilful, reckless or irresponsible behaviour.
  2. Go Wine & Dine Tours will not be responsible for any reckless, accidental or negligent actions which may cause injury, damage to persons or their property.
  3. Follow the instruction of your host at all times.
  4. Use pedestrian crossings or lights in the rare situation where you will need to cross roads.
  5. Always stay seated while in the bus, keep head and limbs inside the bus at all times.
  6. Go Wine & Dine Tours will not be liable for any items lost, damaged, misplaced or stolen during the tour.
  7. No bottles or glass are allowed on the coaches.
  8. No drinks are allowed to be taken off the bus into any of the venues visited on the day of the tour.
  9. Intoxicated people will not be let onto the bus before or during the tour. These people will be required to catch a taxi home at their own expense. We take no liability for the actions taken by guests on the bus.
  10. No person under the age of 18-years-old is permitted on our tours unless with a guardian.
  11. No smoking on the bus.
  12. Go Wine & Dine Tours Ltd will not be responsible for any claims arising out of sexual nature on any of its tours.
  13. The bus will leave from each venue at a designated time. All who do not arrive on time run the risk of being left behind
  14. Anybody involved in a fight will, in most situations, be unable to rejoin the bus/tour.
  15. All groups are booked into venues at least 2 (two) weeks prior to the event.
  16. Go Wine & Dine Tours has no financial interest in any of the venues we visit.
  17. Go Wine & Dine Tours will not be held liable if some or all of your group are refused entry to any venue. The wineries reserve the right to refuse entry.
  18. Hens groups/bucks groups – novelty items, fancy dress, paraphernalia of a sexual nature are banned from all wineries.
  19. Prizes, promotions, gifts may change without notice or may not be available during a tour. All conditions on promotions apply when they are to be redeemed.
  20. Go Wine & Dine Tours is not liable for any mechanical issues that may occur with the buses on the tour. Whilst unexpected, the type and/or size of vehicle may change without notice depending on availability.
