NIGHTCLUB TOURS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The organiser agrees to convey the Go Get Around Tours conditions prior to the event, to all guests attending. Please be aware you must be 18-years-old and over to complete the booking form.

Booking and payments

1. A deposit of $150 is required to confirm your booking date. Deposits and further payments can be made by cheque, postal note or direct bank deposit. Any payment made on the night of the tour must be in cash or by postal note. Please note that personal cheques cannot be accepted on the night of the tour.
2. The agreed minimum payment needs to be made regardless of the actual numbers that you have on the night. To ensure that you don't get caught out, make sure your group members pay you in full before the night itself.
3. A bond may be required on some tours

On the tour

1. Any damage to the bus or venues will require those patrons involved and the organiser to cover any costs incurred due to accidental, wilful, reckless or irresponsible behaviour.
2. Go Get Around Tours will not be responsible for any reckless, accidental or negligent actions which may cause injury, damage to persons or their property.
3. Go Get Around Tours will not be liable for any items lost, damaged, misplaced or stolen during the night.
4. Follow the instructions of your host at all times.
5. Use pedestrian crossings or lights in the rare situation where you will need to cross roads.
6. Always stay seated while in the bus, keep head and limbs inside the bus at all times.
7. Go Get Around Tours will not be responsible for anyone who may miss the bus at any stage throughout the tour
8. No bottles or glass are allowed on the coaches.
9. No drinks are allowed to be consumed by any patron on the bus after arrival at the first venue and anywhere within the central Melbourne city area.
10. Intoxicated people will not be let onto the bus before or during the tour – no refunds. These people will be required to catch a taxi home at their own expense. We take no liability for the actions taken by guests on the bus.
11. No person under the age of 18-years-old is permitted on our tours.
12. No smoking on the bus.
13. Go Get Around Tours will not be responsible for any claims arising out of a sexual nature on any of its tours.
14. The bus will leave from each venue at a designated time. All who do not arrive on time run the risk of being left behind.
15. Anybody involved in a fight will, in most situations, be unable to rejoin the bus/tour.
16. Some club destinations may change without notice, as some clubs have restrictions on the type of groups, time restrictions and dress codes. All groups are booked into clubs in the week prior to the tour.
17. Go Get Around Tours has no financial interest in any of the venues we visit.
18. Go Get Around Tours will not be held liable if some or all of your group are refused entry to any venue. The clubs reserve the right to refuse entry.
19. Go Get Around Tours is not responsible for the behaviour or actions of staff at the venues we visit
20. Prizes, promotions, gifts may change without notice or may not be available during a tour. All conditions on promotions apply when they are to be redeemed.
21. Go Get Around Tours is not liable for any mechanical issues that may occur with the buses on the tour. Whilst unexpected, the type and/or size of vehicle may change without notice depending on availability.
22. Responsible & non aggressive behaviour is expected
